A small habit that makes symptoms easier to explain

Use a symptom tracker to remember the details you want to share, not to decide whether you need medical care.

  1. Use a repeatable entry
  2. Keep the original dates
  3. Notice gaps
  4. Share what matters

Use a repeatable entry

Choose a name for the symptom, when it happened, its severity, and a short note. Describe a practical effect such as disrupted sleep or difficulty finishing a meal.

Keep the original dates

If you record something later, use the date it happened. Do not move a symptom to the day you opened the app; that can change how the record appears alongside doses.

Notice gaps

An empty day does not necessarily mean a good day. When looking back, separate days you recorded from days you do not remember. That makes summaries more honest and useful.

Share what matters

Bring persistent, worsening, or worrying symptoms to your care team. Our symptom guide includes situations where getting help is more important than continuing to log.

Educational information, not medical advice. If something feels urgent or wrong, contact your clinician or emergency services.
