At your goal: what to keep tracking

Reaching a goal changes the conversation. It does not make your history less useful.

Make a maintenance plan with your clinician

Ask what follow-up should look like, which measures matter, and when to get in touch. A goal-weight milestone in an app is not an instruction to reduce, space out, or stop medication.

Keep a manageable routine

Continue the entries that answer useful questions: actual doses, periodic weights, symptoms, and notes on activities you care about. Use a routine you can sustain rather than collecting every possible measurement.

Look beyond a single weigh-in

Keep the dates with each measurement and note changes in your routine. Avoid treating a day’s number as a verdict. If your clinician has given you a monitoring range, ask how they want you to respond to changes.

Review the plan, not just the chart

Bring questions about tolerability, affordability, refills, and daily life. Discuss any planned medication changes before editing your schedule. Kairo can keep the agreed record; it does not prescribe a maintenance dose.
