A GLP-1 log that stays with your routine

A good record answers a small set of questions: what did I take, when did I take it, and what did I notice afterward?

Start with a dose entry

Use the actual medication name, amount, date, and time. Add the injection site when appropriate. Check older imported entries for units and duplicate dates so the record remains understandable.

Add context when it helps

Symptoms and weight entries can sit alongside your medication history. A brief note often explains more than a number alone. Describe what happened without assuming the medicine caused it.

Review with a purpose

Before a visit, collect your questions and the entries behind them. Charts, reminders, and export tools can support the process, but they do not replace your care plan.

Choose your access in the app

Kairo is free to download for iPhone and does not require an account. Optional Pro features and any eligible annual trial are shown before you subscribe. Check the Pro screen for your app version’s current feature access.
