Records, research, and the space between

Kairo brings your own entries together. Published medication research provides context; it does not validate an individual app prediction.

Your record is the starting point

Dose history, symptoms, and measurements are only as complete as the entries behind them. Kairo helps organize that information, but does not independently verify every entry or establish that one event caused another.

Estimates are labeled as estimates

Medication charts model levels from logged information and general assumptions. They are not measured blood concentrations. A simulator explores entered scenarios; it does not recommend a safe or effective schedule.

Read the research in context

The homepage links to STEP 1 and SURMOUNT-1 with their study durations, participant context, and comparators. Those trials studied medications, not Kairo. Their averages are not individual forecasts or head-to-head comparisons.

Keep your clinician in the loop

Bring records and questions to your care team. Optional AI can be wrong and requires consent to online processing. See our privacy policy for the information involved.

Educational information, not medical advice. If something feels urgent or wrong, contact your clinician or emergency services.
