Check the label and formulation
Write down the complete product name and tablet strength from your prescription. Confirm that your tracker’s entry uses the right formulation and schedule. A familiar brand name by itself is not enough.
Keep administration instructions close
Wegovy tablets have specific administration instructions in the prescribing information. Follow that source and your pharmacist’s guidance. An app reminder does not check whether the conditions for taking a tablet have been met.
Use actual entries
Record the tablet after taking it. Add a note if something about the routine was unclear. For a missed dose or an interruption, use the tablet-specific instructions and ask your prescriber if you are unsure.
Bring a readable timeline
Your care team can use the dates, amounts, and your observations in context. Avoid converting the tablet dose to an injection dose or using an estimated chart to make a medication change.
