Two ingredients, four familiar names

Ozempic and Wegovy contain semaglutide. Mounjaro and Zepbound contain tirzepatide. Shared ingredients do not make different brands, presentations, or strengths automatically interchangeable.

Compare the prescription, not a social-media chart

Ask your clinician about the product’s approved uses and what is appropriate for you. Check the full current prescribing information for the exact product. This page does not rank treatments or offer dose equivalence.

Keep units visible

Record the amount and units as prescribed. If a pharmacy gives instructions involving a volume or syringe units, ask it to clarify the concentration and measurement rather than guessing from a milligram entry in another app.

Preserve medication changes

If you switch, keep previous doses under the original name. Your history should show a transition, not make it appear that you have taken one medicine the entire time.
