Do I need to subscribe to use Kairo?
No. Free tracks your main medication plus two more compounds, with dose reminders, your full dose history, the weight trend, a weekly recap, and CSV export. Pro adds unlimited compounds and the tools above. If you stop subscribing, your records and saved reminder settings stay put.
How do I start the free trial?
Download Kairo and open the Pro screen. Choose the annual plan. If you're eligible, the app and Apple's purchase confirmation will show the free trial before you subscribe. Prior subscription history can affect eligibility.
Where does my health data go?
Your tracking records live in protected storage on your device, with device backups under your Apple settings. Optional AI features send disclosed information online after your consent. Read the full privacy policy.
Can I bring my history from another tracker?
Yes. Import a CSV export from another tracker or spreadsheet, and review the imported information in Kairo. If you need help preparing a file, contact support.
Is Kairo available on Android?
Kairo is available on iPhone today. Android is part of our plans, but we don't have a release date to share yet.
