Start with the exact prescription

Record the medicine name, tablet strength, and instructions from your prescriber. Daily tablets should not be entered as weekly injections. Confirm that any tracker you use can represent the prescribed formulation and cadence accurately.

Record what you actually took

Use the actual date and time, and keep symptom notes separate. If a product is not available as a dedicated preset, do not select a different medicine just because its name or dose looks similar; ask support about custom tracking.

Read the product-specific instructions

The Foundayo label covers administration, missed doses, warnings, and restarting after an interruption. Those instructions are not interchangeable with another oral GLP-1 product’s. The source below is the reference, not a curve or a generic reminder.

Prepare a follow-up question

Keep a list of anything you are unsure about: taking the tablet, a missed dose, symptoms, or a refill. Bring that list and your actual entries to your pharmacist or prescriber.
