What someone can record

Patients can log medication names, amounts, dates, injection sites, symptoms, weights, and notes. Records are patient-entered and may be incomplete. They should be reviewed and interpreted in the context of clinical care.

What to ask someone to bring

The dates and amounts of recent doses; any gaps or accidental entries; a description of symptoms and their effect on daily life; and the questions they want to discuss. Patients with Pro can prepare a clinician report to share.

How sharing works

The patient chooses whether and how to share a report. Kairo is not an EHR integration, a remote-monitoring service, or an emergency communication channel. A report is not automatically sent to a practice.
