Where Kairo is different

Free tracking, no account

Download Kairo and start logging. There’s no account to create, your records stay on your iPhone, and the everyday log is free. Your dose history is never locked, even if you stop paying for Pro.

Built-in pharmacokinetics and a calculator

Published half-life data for 60+ compounds powers the estimated curve; for anything else you can enter your own estimate. The reconstitution calculator does arithmetic on the numbers you enter, with a visual syringe; it doesn’t suggest a dose.

Stacks, cycles, and labs

Run compounds side by side with schedules like 5 days on and 2 off and planned off days, and log lab markers over time next to your protocol.

A sourced compound library

104 compound guides cite their sources and label human, animal, and lab evidence separately. Kairo identifies compounds; it doesn’t recommend them.

Where Pep AI may suit you better

  • You want food and macro tracking. Pep AI logs calories and macros, with photo meal scans.1 Kairo doesn’t log food.
  • You wear an Apple Watch. Pep AI lists an Apple Watch app.1
  • You want community. Its listing describes community groups for sharing progress.1
  • You’re on an older iPhone. Pep AI supports iOS 16.4 or later;1 Kairo needs iOS 18.

Moving to Kairo

Kairo imports CSV files from other trackers and spreadsheets. You review the columns before saving, original dates are kept, and you can undo the import. Importing is free. See the CSV import guide.
